WARNING!! DO NOT STUDY IN AUSTRALIA!!!

Every year, hundreds of international students are locked up in Australian immigration detention centers. These students did not get to Australia illegally, they did so with genuine government issued student visas. Study in Australia has become very risky. Students get locked up in detention centers throughout Australian cities for the most trivial excuses imaginable. A student might miss a few classes, pay their fees late or even just get a part time job, as is allowed by law, they may easily get arrested, get locked up in a detention facility where they get locked up with convicted criminals, thugs, murderers and rapists. These is very true! A first world, developed country arresting innocent African and Asian students that have committed no crimes and have broken no laws. Students that validly entered Australia and are holding valid visas issued by the Australian government.

Detention centers are very violent places. Here, people such as convicted criminals are locked up awaiting deportation for their heinous crimes to society. How do you lock up innocent international students that have committed no crime with such dangerous criminals? Only in Australia. Please remember, Australia is not Canada, The UK or USA.

At the detention centers, fights are common and quite frequent. Convicted criminals get to fight and as usual, innocent persons get hurt for no reason. Many international students get beat up and sometimes raped or sodomized at Australian detention centers. It is a harsh reality but imagine a 22 year old student from Malaysia that left loving parents back home to Study in an Australian college. Then suddenly they find themselves arrested and detained with hardened criminals. The student will definitely be traumatized for a long period of their lives. Many ex-convicts carry diseases from prison. Some have violent streaks, others are rapists. What did the parents of this 22 year old Malaysian boy do to deserve this?

The student will then be charged $500 per day for their stay at the detention center, courtesy of the Australian people. It sounds like a fictitious story but it is actually reality. I have witnessed all this. In fact, I lived through it. I was violently attacked, robbed and was involved in fist fights just to save myself from worse action such as sodomy. I”m still totally traumatized by my experiences at Australian detention centers.
I was engaged to an Australian girl yet she was denied all rights due to her. Because of the color of my skin, immigration officers at the detention center denied her basic rights such as to love and be loved. She used to cry really hard because I was arrested and locked up, even with a valid visa, having committed NO crime and having broken NO Australian law. She too, is still traumatized to this very day. She left Australia permanently and does not live there any more, despite the fact that she was BORN in Australia and is a legitimate Australian citizen and holds all relevant papers such as birth certificate and passport. To this day, she lives in Turkey, still unable to believe the kind of treatment her own government meted out on her simply by loving a student from Africa.
